Shi Jong was established in 1987. We have excelled in manufacturing dust-free lead frame interleaf in semiconductor packaging industry. With over 30 years of dedication, we persist in our product capabilities under a philosophy of " Professionalism, Quality and Innovation. "

Lead frame Hi-Sheet ( interleaf ) is mainly processed from polypropylene (PP). The purpose of Hi-Sheet is to protect lead frame and support chip. It is one of the critical protect materials for Integrated Circuit packaging process. Due to environmental factors, Hi-Sheet ( interleaf ) is also made to avoid oxidation from exposure.

Our company also processes paper, polypropylene (PP) and low-density polyethylene (PE) etc., by following the needs of different customers.
